1. Returns
1.1 Eligibility
We accept returns within 30 days of the purchase date. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition as received and in its original packaging.
1.2 Submitting a return request
To submit a return request, please email our team with your order number and a brief description of the reason for the return. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the item if your return request is granted.
1.3 Return shipping
Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is a result of our error (e.g. you received the incorrect item or defective item). We recommend using Australia Post with tracked shipping to ensure the safe return of your item.
2. Refunds
2.1 Processing Time
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send a confirmation email to notify you we have received the item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Refunds are processed within 7 business days of approval.
2.2 Refund Method
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase. If the original payment method is unavailable, we will issue the refund in the form of store credit.
2.3 Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be granted in specific cases where an item is not in its original condition, is damaged, or has missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
3. Exchanges
3.1 Defective or Damaged Items:
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact our customer service team immediately. We will arrange for the replacement of the item at no additional cost to you.
3.2 Incorrect Size or Color:
If you ordered the wrong size or color, you may request an exchange. Additional shipping fees may apply, and exchanges are subject to product availability.
4. Cancellations
4.1 Order Cancellation:
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase. To cancel an order, please contact us with your order number. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
